About the Role:
You will own and drive AppsFlyer's field marketing strategy across LATAM. As a strategic marketing partner, you'll lead regional campaigns, events, executive experiences, partner activations, and content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage target accounts, accelerate pipeline growth, and support customer expansion.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Global Marketing teams, you'll translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs that deliver measurable results across the region.

What You'll Do:
Regional Marketing Strategy and Execution:



Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across LATAM, including campaigns, events, webinars, executive dinners, partner activations, and content programs that support business objectives and revenue growth.

Drive Brand Awareness and Pipeline Growth: Develop strategic marketing plans that increase market presence, generate new business opportunities, accelerate pipeline progression, and deepen customer engagement across the region.

Lead High-Impact Events and Activations: Own the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of key regional initiatives, including MAMA, industry conferences, executive experiences, and strategic marketing campaigns.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, SDRs, Partnerships, Product Marketing, PR, Growth, and General Marketing teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and customer needs.
