Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced PowerShellscripting skills for deployment automation and system configuration
- Strong hands‑on experience with Windows OS imaging and customization in enterprise or retail environments.
- Expertise with MDT, PXE, and bare‑metal deployment workflows.
- Solid knowledge of PC hardware fundamentals, including BIOS/UEFI, chipsets, and system configuration.
- Excellent communication skills

Secondary Skills:
- Working knowledge of POS systems and peripheral device integration.
- Knowledge of GIT/GITHUB




- Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management tools is a plus
