About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations & Investment Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of a rapidly growing investment management firm.





This is a highly cross-functional role supporting business operations, recruiting, people operations, executive support, investor relations, finance, fund operations, and AI-driven process automation.

The idóneo candidate is an experienced operator who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys building scalable systems, and has a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and investment operations. Rather than simply maintaining processes, you'll continuously improve them through automation and AI while supporting critical business and fund operations.
What You'll Do
Business Operations
- Coordinate daily business operations across multiple teams.
- Manage leadership calendars, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support weekly operational reviews and quarterly business planning.
- Develop and improve operational playbooks, documentation, and reporting.
- Manage vendors, subscriptions, and internal business systems
