About the role

This is a fully remote Operations Manager role for someone who runs the whole operation, not just the tasks. You get inside a founder's business, take ownership of outcomes, and within your first months build AI-driven systems that do work a whole team used to do by hand. This is not an assistant role. It is a high-ownership seat with a clear path to more.

What you'll do

• Get inside a founder's operation (calendar, inbox, tools, and context) fast enough to make decisions without asking.

• Own outcomes end to end, from goal to done, and report on progress without being chased.

• Find manual or broken processes and fix them permanently with better systems and SOPs.





• Build and run AI workflows and automations that replace repetitive work.

• Coordinate people, vendors, and timelines so nothing important slips.

• Track the numbers that show the operation is working, and use them to decide what to improve next.

What success looks like

• First 30 days: You have taken real work off the founder's plate and mapped where the operation loses time.

• First 90 days: Recurring work is documented and running to standard, and the founder delegates to you without re-briefing.

• First 6 months: The founder is out of the day to day. The operation runs whether or not they are in the room, with AI-assisted systems carrying the repeat work.

• Project and travel coordination: end to end execution with full visibility, with nothing requiring a second follow-up.

• Decision support: information synthesized into something actionable, not just gathered.

• AI-powered execution: you identify inefficiencies proactively, build the fix
