About the role

We’re hiring a detail-driven Cash Flow Analyst to own the daily cash-flow model for a growing finance operation.
*This is a spreadsheet-first role — you’ll spend the large majority of your day working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets*
, turning raw bank data into a clean, categorized, up-to-date picture of cash, and keeping the day’s forecast honest against what actually hit the accounts.



You’ll work closely with the finance team every day and report directly to the Director of Finance. If you’re the person who’s fastest in the room with a spreadsheet — who can pull data in, clean it, categorize it, and reconcile it without losing accuracy — this seat is built for you.

What you’ll do
- Own and maintain the daily cash-flow model in Excel and Google Sheets, keeping it accurate and current every business day
- Import raw bank data into the model, then clean, consolidate, and manipulate it — moving quickly and accurately between multiple spreadsheets and tabs
- Categorize bank transactions into the correct accounting categories, applying basic bookkeeping judgment
- Compare each day’s forecast against bank actuals, identify variances, and update the model accordingly
- Manage and adjust the schedule of upcoming payments based on actuals and available cash
- Join a daily call with the finance team to keep the forecast aligned and ensure
