- Join our dynamic Benefits team and gain hands-on experience supporting employee benefits operations across Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru). This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in HR operations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing & Payment Coordination
- Assist with the processing and tracking of benefit-related invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation for:
- Argentina: Medical plan, life insurance, ambulance services, pension plan
- Chile: Medical plan, life insurance, medical check-ups
- Colombia: Medical plan, life insurance, dental plan
- Mexico: Medical plan, life in
