About This Role

Structured Rebellion is a B2B marketing consultancy that embeds inside mid-market technology companies to rebuild underperforming marketing functions. We don't hand clients a deck and leave. We go in, diagnose the problem, define the strategy, and execute it alongside their team.

We're looking for a Marketing Director to own client engagements end-to-end. You've led B2B marketing teams before. You know how to set direction, hold people accountable, and drive execution without needing to do everything yourself. Here, you'll bring that experience to multiple clients simultaneously — running the day-to-day, managing stakeholder relationships, and making sure the strategy we define together actually gets implemented and measured.

What You'll Own

*Client Engagement Leadership*
— Primary point of contact active accounts. You run the weekly meetings, own the agenda, manage the relationship, and are accountable for progress. Clients trust you because you've earned it, not because someone told them to.

*Strategy Execution*
— Translate agreed strategy into workstreams,



timelines, and accountabilities. Work with client-side marketing teams, developers, and vendors to get things built and shipped.

*Team & Vendor Management*
— Manage client-side marketing staff, freelancers, and agency partners as needed. You've done this before and know how to get performance out of people you don't directly control.

*Reporting & Revenue Accountability*
— Build and maintain reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes. Prepare weekly and monthly reviews that give leadership visibility into what's working and what needs to change.

*Campaign Oversight*
— Oversee paid media, content, outbound, and email across client portfolios. You review output, set standards, and push back when quality isn't there.

*Automation and AI*
— Propose, design, help build and deploy AI-first tools and automation to scale and improve marketing results.
