About the Role:
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice families hear when they reach out. You’ll guide them with clarity and compassion - no cold calls or pushy tactics, just meaningful conversations that help people make one of life’s most important decisions with confidence.

This is a sales role: you're responsible for helping families decide and for closing - always with genuine care, never pressure. Depending on team needs and performance,



this role may include a mix of inbound sales conversations, returning lead follow-up, and support work that helps the broader sales process run smoothly. We hire for strong sales potential, and top performers can grow into expanded responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle warm inbound leads and support families through the sales process with clarity, empathy, and strong follow-through.
- Guide families through cremation options, helping them make a confident decision when possible and ensuring thoughtful follow-up when more time is needed.- Contribute to queue coverage, sales activities, and related support workflows that improve the overall customer experience.
- Hit performance targets while maintaining strong conversion outcomes and quality scores.
- Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.

Requirements:
