How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Senior Tech Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Serve as a consultative recruitment expert, guiding hiring managers in talent acquisition strategies and providing insights into the recruitment lifecycle.
- Employ innovative sourcing and branding techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and diversity-focused sites.
- Generate recruitment analytics and reporting to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on competitive landscape and industry trends in technology recruiting.
- Share and promote best practices in the recruitment process to help elevate the overall effectiveness of the recruiting team.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4+ years in technical recruiting, with experience across software engineering, system architecture, data services, and related disciplines.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive sourcing and recruitment plans.
