JOB DESCRIPTION
This full-time Media Manager role, will support our Localisation teams processing high volumes of content for blue chip clients. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our content workflow. The role would suit organised individuals, with high attention to detail and a background working at media processing and management companies. Training will be provided and all assessments will be on a standardised quantitative basis.
The shift pattern will be 11:00 - 19:30 ART
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Media Ingest & Asset Management
- Ownership of files through workflow, including final delivery to client
- Troubleshoot file format, codec, and compatibility issues across platforms
- Use of software tools such as Excel, Airtable, and Google Sheets to enter data
- Ensure correct version control and file naming conventions are adhered to.
- Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve issues
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues at all times
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least 1 year Experience in media management, broadcast operations, or post-production workflows
- Experience with MAM systems and workflows of shared storage systems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced media environments
