Description
Responsible for driving the planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) tactics, projects, and deliverables to generate revenue and pipeline growth for the Full-Service Solutions portfolio at Syneos Health. Areas of involvement or responsibility include the development of customer-facing promotional materials, customer segmentation and targeting, business development team enablement, omnichannel marketing campaign development planning and execution support, and management of qualifying pipeline reporting and forecasting. This role requires a demonstrated track record of being able to understand the customer landscape, self-resourcefulness, cross-functional collaboration skills, intense attention to detail, complex data modeling skills, and ability to leverage the latest AI tools to scale efficient work.

Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Senior Director of GTM to manage and execute tactics on the comprehensive GTM plan. Helps shape and drive the annual plan to hit team KPI’s.




- Conducts competitive landscape assessments by analyzing competitive activity across relevant offerings and segments. Identifies opportunities for differentiation.
- Identifies priority target customers for the business based on multi-layered analytical methodologies.
- Supports Senior Director of GTM with strategy, planning, stakeholder alignment, goal setting, execution, and follow-up plans on demand generation tactics.
- Owns end-to-end the strategy, planning, and execution of select marketing and demand generation tactics such as conferences, custom events, or webinars. Capable of leading and running high-visibility tasks with minimal direction.
- Produces agile, customer-ready collateral to support new offerings, shifts in strategy, or evolving market demands.
- Supports the development of thought leadership pieces and whitepapers used in campaigns by coordinating relevant teams and providing input based on business and industry experience.
