Key job responsibilities
- Support pipeline and revenue forecasting reviews for efficient sales cycle execution
- Deliver business analytics and insights that influence strategy and behavior
- Lead meeting cadences to drive short
- and long-term business planning
- Contribute to operating model design and experimentation for long-term growth
- Develop mechanisms for continuous improvement through process automation and AI-powered tooling
- Simplify and streamline reporting and processes across areas
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance to scale methodologies with business needs
- Contribute to general ProServe operational excellence through best practice sharing
A day in the life
As a Field Strategy & Operations professional supporting LATAM ProServe, you will work closely with area leaders as a trusted operational partner — driving pipeline and revenue forecast reviews, leading area-level business cadences, and delivering data-driven insights that influence decisions.
You will identify opportunities to simplify and scale operations through automation and AI-powered tooling, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams. Every day is anchored in operational rigor, proactive problem-solving, and contributing to ProServe's global excellence.
