About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top technical talent across Latin America (LATAM) for clients in the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for a variety of IT roles, including Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects, and other technology positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation expectations and manage offer discussions.
- Ensure candidate information is accurately maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, placements, and time-to-fill.
- Stay updated on technology trends, hiring market conditions, and recruiting best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably recruiting for the U.S. market.
- Experience recruiting for IT and software engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and modern technology stacks.
