Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Creative Strategist who can own the performance of multiple offers and lead the creative direction behind paid acquisition campaigns.

This role sits at the intersection of psychology, data, copywriting, and execution.

This role is for someone who wants to be the best performer on a winning team. You will demonstrate leadership through ownership, lead the creative process for your assigned offers, and be accountable for the quality of your strategy, execution, and results.

You will develop creative testing roadmaps, interpret performance data, direct designers and video editors, generate new campaign angles, write copy, integrate AI into creative workflows, and lead rapid creative iteration cycles.
