✨ About the Role
The Assistant Student Success Manager (ASSM) Post-Verto Planning (PVP)is a specialized, Buenos Aires based role dedicated to empowering students to confidently navigate their next steps after Verto through individualized guidance, strategic planning, and dedicated support —equipping them to pursue their goals with clarity and purpose.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Student Success, this position will own the execution of PVP programming at the specific location,



ensuring every student—whether _Channel _or _Traditional _—leaves Verto with a clear, documented, and achievable next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Strategic Individualized Advising
- 1:1 Support:Conduct high-level 1:1 sessions to provide DT partner recommendations, career interest exploration, and major alignment.
- Verto Continuation Support:Advising students with regard to Verto’s Associate’s Abroad General Pathway. Robust semester close-out support to maintain engagement for multi-semester students and support their transition to their next Verto location.
- Academic Support:Support schedule auditing for Channel students, approval of Channel add/drop requests, support census auditing, and midterm academic reviews. Coordinate local tutoring and advising including, "off track” students, international students, and those in the Low GPA Pathway.
