Overview of Position
The Hazard Forecaster plays a critical role in supporting business operations by analyzing workload trends, forecasting future volumes, and translating those forecasts into staffing recommendations. This position partners closely with Operations teams to drive informed workforce planning decisions, ensure service level commitments are met, and support business growth through data-driven insights.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Analyze historical workload data, trends, and business drivers to develop accurate volume forecasts.
Create staffing recommendations that support operational goals and contractual service level agreements.
Present forecasts, trends,



and workforce recommendations during monthly business review meetings.
Develop reports and perform ad hoc analyses related to new initiatives, process changes, and client onboarding activities.
Continuously improve forecasting models, methodologies, and workforce planning processes.

What are the requirements needed for this position?
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
