We're looking for an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to become the go-to internal expert for a custom ERP system currently in its final stages of development. You will own end-to-end ERP knowledge, train team members across departments, provide ongoing support, and ensure the system is adopted and used correctly across the organization.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You will not be implementing a third-party ERP from scratch — you will be deeply learning a proprietary system and becoming the person the entire company relies on when they have questions, encounter issues, or need training. If you have strong experience with recognized ERP platforms, learn new systems quickly, and take genuine ownership of making sure people actually use the tools they are given, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
ERP Onboarding and Training
Learn the company's proprietary ERP system thoroughly and become the internal subject matter expert
Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and walkthroughs for team members across departments
Onboard new users and ensure they are comfortable and confident operating in the system
Identify knowledge gaps and proactively address them before they become workflow problems
Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting
Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting requests
Diagnose and resolve user issues quickly and accurately
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal or external
