People Architects is partnering with a fast-growing, multi-brand consumer products company to recruit a Brand Web & Email Designer.

IMPORTANT: Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English with US based team members and stakeholders.

We are looking for a hands-on Brand Web & Email Designer to help build and bring our Masterbrand to life across every customer touchpoint—from the Shopify storefront and landing pages to product and membership pages, email, SMS, and social. This role sits at the intersection of brand, ecommerce, and performance, ensuring the customer experience feels consistent, credible, and conversion-focused from the first click through checkout. The idóneo candidate is both a strong designer and a builder who can develop the visual system and bring it to life across digital experiences.

Responsibilities
Own brand execution. Take the chosen masterbrand identity and apply it consistently across web, email, packaging-adjacent,



and social — building and maintaining a lightweight design system.
Design and build the store. Design and build high-converting Shopify pages: landing pages, PDPs for the companion-supplement line, membership and quiz pages.
Email & SMS design. Build branded, high-performing email and SMS templates in Klaviyo and keep them on-brand and on-spec.
Templates & social. Create organic social templates and community assets so non-paid channels look as credible as paid.
AI-assisted design. Use AI design tools to accelerate mockups, imagery, and production without breaking brand consistency.
Protect the trust layer. Make sure the checkout and label experience reads calm, clinical, and trustworthy — the trust cue that converts.
