We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills and an interest in growing within the creator ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Map, identify, and select influencers and content creators based on each campaign’s objectives, audiences, and needs.




Analyze profiles based on reach, engagement, audience, brand affinity, content quality, tone, and cultural relevance.
Manage day-to-day relationships and coordination with creators, representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders, while maintaining close communication with clients.
Support campaign execution by tracking briefs, content, approvals, posts, timelines, and deliverables across multiple creators simultaneously.
Track campaigns, collect and analyze metrics, and contribute to performance reports, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
Support operational and administrative processes related to campaigns, including documentation and billing.
Participate in brand events and activations, coordinating creator participation and supporting content creation.
Collaborate with other teams while staying up to date on trends, platforms, formats, and emerging talent across the creator ecosys
