The Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist based in Argentina to develop Flyesim's presence across Spanish-speaking markets.
The idóneo candidate has 3–5 years of experience and combines social media management, professional video creation, paid advertising, content creation, and influencer marketing.
Markets: Latin America & Spain
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Flyesim's Spanish-language social media presence.
Create and professionally edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs in Spanish.
Launch, manage, and optimize Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns and boosted posts.
Create campaigns focused on app installs, customer acquisition, and sales.
Write Spanish social media content and SEO-friendly travel/eSIM articles.
Identify,



contact, negotiate, and manage Spanish-speaking travel influencers and content creators.
Develop influencer and UGC collaborations across Latin America and Spain.
Monitor competitors, travel trends, and social media trends in Spanish-speaking markets.
Analyze CTR, CPC, CPI/CPA, conversions, ROAS, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
Native or fluent Spanish is required.
Good professional working proficiency in English.
Strong hands-on video creation and editing skills.
Experience creating TikTok, Reels, and advertising videos.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads and Google Ads experience is preferred.
Experience with influencer outreach and partnerships.
Strong Spanish copywriting and content-writing skills.
