Experience Requirement

This is NOT an entry-level position. We require verifiable experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns for U.S. home service businesses at a recognized digital marketing agency or in-house for a home service company. If you cannot name specific home service clients you have managed ads for, this role is not for you. Note: This role requires full availability during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.

We build and manage:

• Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Forms, Video, Carousel, Reels)
• Ad creative production (images, video, copy)
• Conversion tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Conversions API)
• Lead attribution systems

We are hiring a full-time Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to own and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple U.S.-based home service clients.

About The Role





This is a hands-on media buying and creative role focused exclusively on Facebook and Instagram Ads — lead generation campaigns for home service contractors.

You will be the person responsible for generating demand and driving leads through scroll-stopping creative and smart audience targeting — not just boosting posts. You'll manage campaigns from creative production and audience building to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

You are expected to create your own ad creatives. We do have a graphic designer that can assist with specific creatives when needed, but is not dedicated to Facebook creatives.

This role focuses heavily on:

• Lead generation for local service businesses
• Cost per lead optimization
• Ad creative production (video, image, copy)
• Audience building and testing
• Scaling profitable campaigns across multiple accounts
