About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and help maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on outbound role focused on engaging prospects, qualifying interest, and turning conversations into sales-ready appointments.
You’ll connect with potential customers through:
Phone calls
Email
LinkedIn
Follow-up sequences
Your goal is simple: start conversations, identify qualified prospects, and consistently book meetings that sales representatives can convert into opportunities.
If you’re confident speaking with prospects, comfortable with outbound outreach, organized with follow-ups, and motivated by measurable targets, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll OwnOutbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement
Reach out to prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn




Execute consistent outbound follow-up
Engage both new and previously contacted leads
Build rapport quickly and professionally
Generate interest in the company’s products or services
Maintain disciplined outreach activity throughout the day
Lead Qualification
Qualify prospects based on factors such as:
Role and decision-making authority
Industry
Business needs
Interest level
Budget alignment
Readiness to speak with sales
Ask effective discovery questions to determine whether a prospect is a good fit before placing them on a sales representative’s calendar.
Appointment Setting & Scheduling
Schedule qualified meetings using tools such as:
Calendly

HubSpot Meetings
Google Calendar
Outlook
You’ll also:
Coordinate across multiple U.S. time zones
Confirm appointment details
Send reminders and confirmations
Handle cancellations and rescheduling
Follow up with prospects to improve meeting attendance
