About the Role
This isn't just about managing affiliate links and processing commissions.
We're looking for an Affiliate Program Specialist to help run and grow Turno's affiliate programs, building strong relationships with our affiliate community while making sure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly.





You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for our affiliates, helping them get onboarded, answering questions, providing the right resources, and making sure tracking and commissions are accurate. At the same time, you'll keep a close eye on performance — understanding who's driving signups and revenue, what's working, and where we have opportunities to grow.

The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and growth. You'll work closely with our Partnership Director, taking real ownership of the day-to-day program while helping us improve affiliate engagement, expand our network, and reach new audiences through new affiliate and referral initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as working with data — someone organized enough to make sure every detail is right, but curious enough to ask, “How can we make this program perform even better?”
