Your primary mission:

As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out the mandatory requirements for maintaining ISO 9001 certification, including the development of internal audits, keeping the company's documentation (processes and procedures) up to date, and being responsible for carrying out the requirements established by the standard, such as: convening the context analysis meeting (SWOT), developing the management review document, monitoring objectives, managing nonconformities, and monitoring change management.

Spreadsheet development and maintenance: design and maintain Excel and Google Sheets spreadsheets for hours control, revenue control, installed capacity control, and other key business indicators, using advanced formulas and automations.

Data processing and analysis: analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Data validation and control: perform regular checks on the data to ensure the results of key metrics are accurate and consistent.

Reports and dashboards:



develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational protocols across the company.

Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with all departments to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.

Issue resolution: address and resolve issues related to the quality management system promptly, minimizing the impact on overall processes.

Training and support: provide support and training to different teams on ISO 9001 processes, procedures, and requirements.
