Otto is looking for a technical, strong communicator to lead customer education and manage our growing community. This person should be deeply comfortable with AI products and able to take technical concepts, workflows, and features and make them simple for everyday users.
You’ll be hands-on with Otto, testing new features, building AI workflows, troubleshooting customer issues, and teaching customers how to get the most out of the product.

Responsibilities

Create clear video tutorials, product walkthroughs, technical demos, and onboarding content
Host live onboarding calls, product demonstrations, workshops, and customer Q&A; sessions
Build and demonstrate real-world AI workflows and automations using Otto
Write help-center articles, setup guides, technical tutorials, and educational content
Manage and moderate the Otto Discord community
Troubleshoot customer questions around setup, integrations, AI models, APIs, and workflows
Collect recurring technical questions and customer feedback to improve the product and onboarding experience




Test new product features before release and help develop customer-facing documentation
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing on feature launches and education

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, agents, and AI automation
Comfortable working with products like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and basic technical troubleshooting
Ability to understand technical products quickly and explain them in simple language
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable presenting live and appearing on camera
Strong writing, teaching, and communication skills
Experience managing communities such as Discord or Slack
Curious, technical, and comfortable experimenting with new AI tools
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Experience with coding, developer tools, AI agents, autom
