Job description
We are looking for a Paid Media Project Manager to join our team in Argentina on a full-time basis. You will be managing paid media teams and campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, and outstanding results. You will work closely with paid media specialists and account managers to keep projects organized, risks mitigated, and clients happy.

Responsibilities
Scope and manage paid media projects in detail to avoid scope creep and migrate risks
Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope while maintaining client satisfaction
Manage resource allocation across multiple paid media accounts and projects simultaneously




Track project schedules, assess risks proactively, and remove roadblocks for the production team
Support client meetings with knowledge of paid media performance and project status
Work with paid media specialists and client services teams to maintain and improve processes
Monitor and provide quality assurance on deliverables to ensure the highest standards
Create, manage, and maintain project documentation to support campaign delivery
Manage and communicate ongoing client schedules and workflows with the team

Requirements
Experience managing and delivering paid media projects on budget, within scope, and on time
Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar
Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and identify efficient solutions
Advanced or bilingual English level.
