English/Spanish | Fully Remote | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, including a one-hour break
Compensation: $1,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated ability
Paid Time Off: 5 paid vacation days per year + company-observed paid holidays

About the Role
Skinny Coffee SuperBoost is looking for a Bilingual Content Strategist & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage our organic content, UGC creator, product-seeding, and affiliate marketing systems.
We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to scheduling posts.
We want someone with strong creative judgment who understands why content performs, can identify opportunities, develop concepts and testing ideas, and coordinate the people and resources needed to execute them.
You will work closely with our media buyer, graphic designer, video editor, UGC creators, affiliates, and AI tools.
Our goal is to build a repeatable organic and creator-growth system that consistently generates strong content, creators,



and ideas that can be scaled across organic and paid media.

What You’ll OwnBilingual Content Strategist & Creator Partnerships Manager
Research trends, competitors, customer conversations, reviews, comments, and emerging content opportunities.
Develop weekly content concepts, hooks, scripts, creative briefs, and testing ideas.
Manage the organic content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Strategically repurpose strong content for YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and our Facebook Community.
Coordinate content production with our video editor, graphic designer, and UGC creators.
Write hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
Create or lightly edit simple content when speed is important.
Review performance and determine what should be repeated, improved, scaled, repurposed, or discontinued.
Identify organic and UGC concepts that could potentially be tested as paid advertising.
Adapt content naturally for both English- and Spanish-s
