Role Overview
We are looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside the CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role. The successful candidate will take full ownership of assigned initiatives across operations, vendor management, and marketing, operating with a high degree of autonomy and sound judgment.

This role requires someone who can distinguish between what is urgent and what is important, reprioritize as circumstances shift, and maintain composure and accuracy under sustained pressure.





The adecuado candidate is a proactive problem-solver who arrives with solutions rather than problems. Issues are expected to be researched, resolved, and only escalated when a decision genuinely requires executive input.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and track the CEO's task pipeline, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Triage incoming requests and priorities in a high-volume environment, escalating only when executive input is required
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, including negotiations, follow-up, and relationship management
Coordinate and schedule vendor payments; maintain accurate records of outgoing transactions
Oversee calendar management, meeting preparation, and executive correspondence
Take ownership of cross-functional projects spanning marketing, web, and operations (SEO, website updates, research, systems administration)
