Marketing Manager – Southern Latin America

Hanwha Vision is looking for a Marketing Manager – Southern Latin America to lead the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies across the Southern Latin America region.
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, this role will work closely with regional Sales, Distribution, Engineering, Marketing teams, and channel partners to strengthen Hanwha Vision's market presence, generate demand, and support sustainable business growth across the territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional B2B marketing strategy for Southern Latin America, aligned with LATAM business priorities and commercial objectives.
Design and manage demand generation and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Sales, distributors, integrators, and technology partners.
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, partner activities, product launches, webinars, and customer-facing initiatives, ensuring effective execution and measurable business impact.




Build and manage relationships with distributors, system integrators, technology partners, end users, and other key stakeholders to develop joint marketing initiatives.
Adapt regional and general campaigns to local market needs, ensuring consistency with Hanwha Vision's brand positioning and guidelines.
Develop and supervise marketing content and sales enablement materials, including presentations, digital campaigns, product communications, and partner materials.
Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the video surveillance and electronic security industry.
Manage marketing budgets and external vendors, ensuring effective allocation of resources and execution within established timelines.
Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, lead generation, engagement, and ROI, providing regular reports and actionable insights to regional leadership.
