Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, conducting training sessions, and ensuring volunteers understand their responsibilities and project goals. The coordinator will schedule and track volunteer activities, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing guidance and feedback. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align volunteer efforts with campaign needs, facilitating clear communication, and promoting a positive, inclusive volunteer experience.

Candidates should possess experience in Community Outreach to engage partners, promote volunteer opportunities, and represent Jarowebs in a professional manner.
Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate schedules, track activities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Candidates should be comfortable using online collaboration tools and basic office software to manage volunteer information and communications.
Prior experience working with volunteers, nonprofits, or community programs is beneficial.
Relevant education in social sciences, communications, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
