Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM architectural models throughout all project phases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and construction managers to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
Review and validate BIM models to comply with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
Prepare and manage BIM documentation and reports to support project delivery and stakeholder communication.
Stay updated with the latest BIM software developments and industry best practices to continuously improve modeling efficiency.
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with specialization in BIM modeling.
Proven experience working as a BIM Modeler or A
