Role Description This is a full-time remote Business Development Entry Level role focused on supporting client growth and new business opportunities. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Development team member will conduct market research, identify and qualify leads, and assist in developing outreach strategies for technology-focused clients.



The role involves engaging with prospective customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and introduce Reality Marketing’s services. The team member will collaborate with marketing and account teams to prepare proposals, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and track progress on business development initiatives.
