We are looking for a dynamic leader with experience in risk, compliance, or business operations who is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will combine people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight to support critical client onboarding and matter opening processes in a integral environment.

What will be your impact?
• Lead and support the Intake team, coordinating daily work allocation and ensuring all processes are completed in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client onboarding and matter opening process.
• Drive team performance by monitoring KPIs, fostering accountability, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and ongoing support.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture by working closely with global teams and supporting key initiatives.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?




• Proven experience leading and developing teams within an operations environment.
• Advanced English skills (mandatory).
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong client focus and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, organized approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Experience in compliance, risk, AML/KYC, or professional services environments is a plus.
