Position Overview
We are looking for a Video Editor to create high-performing paid social video ads for Nysonian's brands.



You'll work with raw footage and transform it into compelling, performance-driven ads optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is focused almost entirely on editing performance marketing creative that drives purchases, improves ad performance, and helps scale spend.

This is more than a traditional editing role. Your creative work will have a direct and measurable impact on business performance, with significant opportunities for growth, ownership, and additional earnings based on the performance of the ads you create.

What You Will Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video assets across social media, paid ads, websites, and campaign initiatives.
- Craft compelling narratives with strong hooks, pacing, and platform-optimized storytelling techniques.
- Transform UGC, influencer content, and brand footage into polished, performance-driven deliverables.
