Position Summary

As an Influencer Prospecting Specialist, you'll build and grow the pipeline of creator partnerships for a brand in the sexual health, wellness, GLP-1, and longevity space. You'll spend your day inside Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, spotting the right creators, understanding what makes their content perform, and getting them on the phone. You won't run the partnership calls yourself. You're the front door that keeps qualified creators flowing to the closing team.

This role requires strong instincts for social media culture, comfort with high-volume outreach, and the discipline to qualify creators before they're handed off. Proficiency with CRM or outreach tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Creator identification and vetting: Spot influencers and creators who fit the brand and audience, and vet them for fit before reaching out.




- Outreach and pipeline management: Build and manage outreach pipelines, including DMs, email, and workflows, at volume.
- Messaging and hooks: Write outreach messaging that gets creators to actually respond and book a call.
- Qualification and handoff: Qualify creators on audience size, engagement quality, and brand fit before handing them to the partnerships and closing team.
- Tracking and reporting: Track outreach activity, response rates, and booked-call conversion in the CRM.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong fluency in social media culture, with the ability to explain why a piece of content is working, not just that it is.
- Experience with influencer marketing, creator outreach, or social media growth.
- Excellent written communication, with a track record of writing DMs that get a reply.
- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive outreach without losing quality.
- Self-motivated and metrics-driven, energized by hitting booked-call targets.

Nice-to-Have Skills (But Not Required)

- Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools.
- Prior experience in the health, wellness, or longevity space.
