Systems Design & Implementation

Job Description
Candidates MUST reside in Rosario.
Provides high-level technical expertise in the post-sales lifecycle, including the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mission-critical communication systems. Ensures that complex, large-scale solutions (e.g., LMR P25, TETRA, Microwave) are fully functional according to strict performance and safety specifications. Acts as a key technical between internal engineering teams, third-party service providers, and the customer.
Core Responsibilities




System Implementation: Oversee the deployment and configuration of core radio and infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability standards.
Infrastructure Design: Define system specificati8ons, server infrastructure, capacity planning, and networking protocols (IP/RF).
Field Engineering: Conduct site surveys, manage tower/shelter requirements, and execute complex RF/Microwave link installations.
Project Governance: Develop technical, tactical, and strategic plans; provide feasibility determination and ensure ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) compliance.
Technical Support: Serve as an expert escalation point for field issues; disseminate technical information to internal and customer personnel.
