We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of the Front Office department. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Desk,



Bell Services, Guest transportation and Communications Center. Your role will involve ensuring that the department runs smoothly in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and consistently delivering the Miraval brand culture and standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist the Resort Manager in delivering the brand promise by maintaining high standards in all front-of-house operations.
- Ensure that the Front Desk, Bell services, Guest Transportation, and Communications Centre run efficiently and seamlessly.
- Proactively engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
