The Opportunity

Are you a supply chain professional with a passion for the biopharmaceutical industry? We're seeking a talented Supply & Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Clinical Trial Supply & Logistics (CTS&L;) team.

In this role, you'll work alongside our Supply & Logistics Project Managers to develop and execute innovative supply chain strategies that keep clinical trials on track, on budget, and compliant with the highest regulatory standards. You'll be the operational backbone of our projects managing complex logistics, coordinating with general partners,



and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every time.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Strategy
- Collaborate with Supply & Logistics Project Managers to develop tailored logistics concepts and solutions that exceed client expectations and drive project profitability
- Own study-specific supply chain strategy execution, including sourcing and distribution planning
- Maintain visibility of study scope and progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and contractual commitments are met
- Proactively identify, manage, and communicate risks and changes to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain study-specific management tools and documentation
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure appropriate FTE coverage and project requirements are met

Financial Stewardship
- Manage Pass-Through Costs (PTC) with rigorous controls and transparent reporting of internal service fees and external provider costs
