We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder of a fast-moving digital health startup across outreach, marketing, content, and day-to-day operations. You will be the person who keeps things moving — reaching out to doctors, hospitals, and influencers, supporting marketing initiatives, producing basic design and video assets, and helping prepare fundraising materials.
This is not a traditional EA role. You will be doing real creative and outreach work alongside the operational support. The adecuado background is someone who has worked at a venture-backed startup, is comfortable in Canva or Figma, writes well, and is exceptionally responsive. If you are versatile, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Outreach and Relationship Management
Conduct outreach to doctors, hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare influencers on behalf of the founder
Draft professional, personalized outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Follow up on open outreach threads and maintain an organized pipeline of active and prospective contacts
Support partnership and community-building efforts as directed
Marketing Support
Assist with marketing initiatives including campaign coordination, content scheduling, and platform management
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across social and digital channels
