Position: People and Staffing Coordinator
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
We are looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Staffing Coordinator to support a US-based organisation operating within the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy space.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. The primary focus is coordinating therapist placements, matching clinicians with clients, managing staffing requirements and schedules, and building strong relationships with therapists, families and internal teams.
Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong coordination, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Match therapists with clients based on availability, location, service needs and suitability.
Coordinate therapist placements, schedules and staffing assignments.
Monitor open cases and proactively address outstanding staffing requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists,



families and internal teams.
Manage staffing-related communication and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
Support therapist engagement and retention initiatives.
Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and hiring coordination when required.
Support the onboarding of new clinicians.
Work closely with operational and case coordination teams to support effective service delivery.
Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation and system information.
Track staffing activity, placements, open cases and relevant metrics.
Identify and resolve staffing or scheduling challenges proactively.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
Previous experience in staffing coordination, workforce coordination, scheduling, healthcare administration, operations, Talent Acquisition or recruitment preferred.
Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous but not essent
