As a Talent Sourcing Recruiter at ICON, you will focus on building strong talent pipelines for critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging candidates to support ICON's growth.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to proactively approach potential candidates.
- Conducting initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to assess fit and interest.




- Partnering with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date talent pipelines and sourcing activity records in applicant tracking systems.
- Contributing market insights and sourcing best practices to hiring teams and the wider Talent Acquisition function.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant talent acquisition and recruitment experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or technical disciplines.
- Strong research and networking skills, with experience using professional platforms and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
