Are you a bilingual healthcare professional with excellent communication and administrative skills? We're looking for a reliable and compassionate Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Admin to support a growing Behavioral Health practice.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient demographics
- Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally and professionally
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Perform general administrative and data entry tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Compensation
- $6.00/hour for the first 90 days
- $7.00/hour after 90 days

Payment Details
- Payment Cycle: Biweekly
- Payment Method: PayPal or Payoneer (must have a fully verified account)





Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Virtual Assistant, or Healthcare Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage
- Must be amenable to using Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Computer Requirements
- Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended)
- At least 256 GB SSD
- Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+
- HD webcam and noise-canceling headset

Internet Requirements
- Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
- 100 Mbps or higher recommended
- Stable fiber internet connection with low latency
- Backup internet connection (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) preferred
