About the role
This role sits within a Transformation Team - a small, high-impact group of data analysts and analytics engineers responsible for Improvado's transformation layer: SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, and analytics products (Martech Recipes, Attribution/MMM, DataPrep) that turn raw marketing data into clean, client-ready datasets. As Senior AI Analyst, you'll own technical delivery on complex client accounts, build and automate analytics workflows, and drive product quality through a combination of deep SQL expertise and applied AI.



This is a hands-on individual contributor role — you'll be writing transformation logic, building automation, and directly solving hard problems, not coordinating from a distance.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery on complex client implementations: SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep
Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data stack
Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline issues, including direct client-facing escalations
Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, AI-driven solutions
Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture decisions and client data requirements
Contribute to SOPs and documentation for transformation processes
