Your job scope, as Barista / Cashier, shall include, but is not limited to:
• Retailing and serving of food and beverages to customers;
• Operating of the cash register and the collection of payment in relation to the retailing of food and beverages to customers;
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the shop
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation;
• Maintaining and revising (where necessary) of store procedures in relation to the use of the entertainment facilities by the customers;
• Undertaking of administrative duties (such as managing budget, updating financial records,



monitoring inventory and ordering new items);
• Any other duties as conveyed to you from time to time by the managers and/or shareholders.

Requirements
• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
• Previous work experience as a Barista / Cashier
• Experience with a POS system / cash in cash out
• Good command in English language
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
