The Role

We're looking for a Business & Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the company. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of finance, revenue operations, and business intelligence. You will be a direct partner to the COO, CFO, Controller, and leadership team on everything from lender reporting and board materials to pipeline modelling, customer-level revenue reconciliation,



and the ad hoc strategic projects that come with a fast-growing business.

This role requires someone who is comfortable in the details of a multi-stream SaaS revenue model, understanding not just what the numbers say but equally willing to figure out how they are constructed, where they come from in the underlying systems, and how to explain discrepancies clearly to external stakeholders including lenders and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

Build and maintain financial models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
Analyze company performance against targets; flag trends, risks, and opportunities
Track and report on key business metrics/KPIs on a regular cadence
Prepare periodic lender reporting packages (covenant compliance, borrowing base support) in partnership with the CFO/Controller

Revenue Operations & Data Reconciliation

Work with the sales tea
