What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As an Automotive Technician with the AA, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections that keep our Members and customers safely on the road. Working within a supportive workshop team,



you'll use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles while providing clear, professional advice and exceptional customer service.

You'll be responsible for maintaining AA quality and safety standards, building strong customer relationships, and staying up to date with evolving automotive technology and industry best practice. You'll also contribute to the success of the business by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant AA products and services where appropriate.

You Will

Deliver vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections to AA quality and safety standards.
Diagnose faults and provide accurate verbal and written reports.
Keep customers informed about vehicle issues, recommended work and expected timeframes.
Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Promote relevant AA products and services that support customer needs.
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety and workshop best practice.
