About the role

The AI Operations Residency is a paid program with ten places that leads to a full-time Operations Manager role. We train ten operations people to run companies with AI, then place them with founders who need exactly that. This is not a course you buy. It is paid from day one, the work is real, and it ends in a job.

How the residency works

• Train: a live cohort (not recorded videos) that covers how we build and run AI-driven operations.

• Build: you solve your own real problems first, then client problems. Everything you build is yours to show.

• Practise under review: you do real work, a mentor reviews it and signs off, because that is how people actually get good.

• Get placed: certify, then get matched with a founder as their Operations Manager.

What you need

• Experience running operations, managing a business online, or working as a founder's right hand.

• Experience working in small,



founder-led businesses with little or no existing structure. You create order from scratch.

• A habit of improving things rather than just maintaining them.

• Fast learning and strong judgment. You want to be genuinely good at AI, not just familiar with it.

• Excellent written and spoken English, and a reliable remote setup.

• You do not need AI experience to apply. That is the entire point of the residency.

We are taking ten people into this cohort, no more. We would honestly rather leave a seat empty than fill it with the wrong person, so yes, the bar is real. Compensation

$2,000 to $2,500 per month, full-time, fully remote, leading to a permanent Operations Manager role.
