The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior AI Developer to build real-world, AI-powered products at scale — not prototypes. This role is for engineers who combine strong full-stack expertise with hands-on experience in applied AI, and who enjoy turning complex ideas into production-ready systems.

You’ll own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and AI layers, helping shape intelligent products that deliver clear business impact.

What You'll Do

- Build and scale AI-powered full-stack applications from concept to production
- Design and implement LLM-based systems (agents, embeddings, inference pipelines)
- Develop RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and AI workflows
- Create and maintain scalable APIs and backend services powering AI features
- Own the full lifecycle: build → deploy → monitor → optimize
- Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver user-centric AI solutions
- Continuously improve systems by optimizing latency, cost, accuracy, and reliability
- Implement evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for AI performance

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in software engineering (3+ years in AI systems)
- Strong experience building with LLMs (OpenAI or similar) in production
- Solid full-stack capabilities (Python or Node.js + modern web frameworks)




- Deep understanding of RAG, agents, and AI system design patterns
- Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems
- Strong grasp of trade-offs: performance vs cost vs accuracy
- Product mindset — you focus on real user outcomes, not just technical output
- Strong English proficiency

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Background in AI agents or workflow automation
- Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, voice, vision)
- Experience building AI-driven platforms (marketplaces, hiring, SaaS)
