Visa Franchise is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Video Editor to join our audiovisual team on a part-time basis. This person will edit, publish, and optimize long-form videos and Shorts across our YouTube channels, Visa Franchise and VisaFranchiseES, turning raw footage into polished, SEO-optimized content that grows our audience and generates qualified leads. You will work closely with our video team and directly with the founder to increase our publishing consistency, output, and discoverability.

Required
Qualifications
A portfolio or reel showcasing YouTube editing work (long-form and Shorts)
2 to 3 years of video editing experience, including at least 1 to 2 years editing specifically for YouTube (long-form and Shorts), with a clear understanding of how editing choices impact retention, click-through rate, and discoverability
Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support daily work and optimize workflows
Organized individual who can complete projects and tasks on a timely and routine basis
Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
Interest in learning new skills in a work environment
Proficient in the Office 365 suite of products and ability to learn to use new CRM platforms we use in our processes
Ability to follow and improve upon set processes
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish with a third language preference (Portuguese)
Ability to work Monday to Friday within U.S.
Eastern
Time (ET) hours
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (multi-cam editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics templates)
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for lower-thirds, titles,
and simple motion graphics, and Adobe Audition (or similar) for audio cleanup
Thumbnail design with Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent), Canva, and AI tools
Experience with AI-assisted repurposing tools such as OpusClip or Vidyo.ai to turn long-form content into Shorts efficiently
Familiarity with YouTube Studio analytics and SEO tools such as TubeBuddy or VidIQ
Able to caption and subtitle in both English and Spanish
Understanding of YouTube best practices: chapters, end screens, cards, playlists, and community posts Preferred Qualifications:
Strong ability to work with and communicate with others including clients, prospects, attorneys and their staff
Experience editing for immigration, legal, financial, or B2B/consulting brands
Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for team collaboration and project tracking
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Comfort using AI tools to speed up titling, description drafts, or metadata research
Experience with StreamYard, Riverside, or podcast studio tools for livestream and podcast recording and editing Responsibilities:
Edit long-form videos and Shorts from raw footage (sales calls, interviews, webinars, event recordings) into publish-ready content
Upload and fully optimize videos on YouTube (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, end screens, cards), applying SEO best practices to improve discoverability and watch time
Repurpose long-form content into Shorts and clips for YouTube, Instagram, and other social channels
Maintain consistent branding, captions and subtitles (EN/ES), and visual style across both channels,
collaborating with the founder and team on content calendars, scripts, and compliance
Track channel performance, suggest adjustments to formats, hooks, or thumbnails based on data, and manage version control and turnaround to keep a steady publishing cadence Location: Remote, ideally Argentina, open to other countries in LATAM. Must work within U.S.

Time (ET) hours. Part-time, 25 hours per week (about 5 hours per day), Monday to Friday. Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
