? Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, fostering collaboration for smooth execution

? Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery

? Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, ensuring efficiency and profitability

? Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that exceed client expectations, providing regular status updates and reports
